I don’t do lighting design just to make money, … I do this out of love & passion.
Insight
With 150 plus shows that I have either programmed/operated, I have seen a variety of designs and therefore have continually learnt how to design in the process. My role as Technical Director for Nghtwrk has led me to design all their events from 2018 allowing me to diversify my creative thinking.
I am continually exploring the latest technology and trends to deliver the ‘next best client experience’ while using my specialised skills and expertise within teams to meet individual client requirements.
I’ve worked alongside promoters in organising productions with a focus on always working to and within agreed budgets while exceeding client expectations by showcasing my skills in technical productions.

Process
Design
Having attended a vast range of events, I understand how crowds now prefer to capture 'that epic moment’ on their mobile device. I now design shows to consider how the event will look on mobile devices since the artists are more likely going to playback their show on social media.
Using previsualization software, the client’s design will be drawn up and visualised beforehand to ensure the client’s expectations are met. With every production complete with comprehensive paperwork provided beforehand to assist in the build and preparation of the show.
My multitude of skills, a network of industry professionals, commitment and enthusiasm will work with the client to develop a full experience that audiences will never forget.
Produce
I will work closely with the client, the promoter or the team of creative professionals throughout every step of the design process, the programming, creating cohesive relationships that allow for new ideas, new directions and the most inventive, original shows.
Execute
With the reliable and supportive experience, I bring, along with the maturity to manage difficult situations with calmness and patience, whilst also keeping an excellent professional relationship with the clients in question, I will ensure the clients production performs flawlessly.
